“We really love this property. It's big for 2 people and spacious. We really like the location and walking distance to the restaurants. The Gulch area is not overly busy or full of people. I noticed that it is catered to mature adults. The building is quiet and the condo is cozy. We really like having 2 bathrooms. The manager was quick to respond to our request. I highly recommend this property. I love the view from the 4th floor with the large windows.”

Loved the small elevator since this unit is on the 4th floor and it’s an older building. But loved the quaintness of the older building.”

Two huge side by side showers with toiletries supplied. Also two sink vanity with lots of storage and plush towels.
