"It was just right for the 3 of us. Its situation, within walking distance of shops, pubs, etc. was excellent. There was lots of dog walks in open countryside......... she loved it! One minor grouse - the cooker was qite complicated, and the instructions in the welcome pack didn't fit the exact model of cooker. Otherwise, we loved Exchange cottage, and we loved Northleach........ we'll be back"

"We really liked the cottage, it was perfect for us as two friends together. We really appreciated the little extras that were left. It was very quiet although central to Lechlade. Parking was in the street but we found somewhere each day for two cars. Highly recommend this cottage"

"We had an enjoyable stay at this lovely property. Our hosts were both very welcoming and we felt that we could call on them if necessary. The Lodge is beautifully decorated and has been furnished and equipped for a very comfortable holiday. The property is situated a few miles outside Malmesbury which we found ideal for visiting many different NT sites as well as towns such as Cirencester and Tetbury."

"Felt like home immediately. Very cosy. The books everywhere, Shakespeare's buste...funny typical English weird dog lamp. Bathroom to die for. Bedrooms gorgeous. Did not see the ferret. And Fairford itself is a gem. Having read many books about the English Tudor times this was perfect as a place to stay and visit Highclere castle, Jeremy's farm and other lovely things and places in the beautiful surrounding countryside."

"We celebrated my husbands birthday here with our two adult children, their partners and our two dogs.The cottage was cozy warm, well equipped and immaculately clean. The host had left milk and cake for our arrival which was a nice touch. The log burner was a highlight which we enjoyed playing cards infront of each evening. "Pear Tree Cottage is absolutely adorable and the garden is beautiful. The entire house is equipped with everything you need for a self catering vacation. It’s in a great location on a quiet street a short walk from the village square. The property manager, Joanne, was responsive to every request and a delight to work with. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."
