“Convenient location for us in uptown section of Dallas. Just as it appeared online. Appreciated the coffee provided the first morning! No drawers available for clothes, so have to live out of suitcases- a few hangers in the closets. Two suitcase racks provided. Nice little patio out back. Dryer did not get hot. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants and Whole foods nearby.”

Private garage parking within gated community, with direct access to condo which is super convenient for loading bags/ groceries. Modern condo unit trendy finishes & cute decor/bedding. Heater works great. Perfect bed count for 2 adults, 2 kids. Quiet neighborhood and located within short drive to Dallas attractions....

“We used this space to host Thanksgiving for our son, who lives and Dallas and can't get away for the holiday. The living room is spacious and very comfortable for watching football games and movies. “Was lucky enough to catch one of the cheapest short-term rental/long-term stay in the city. It was within walking distance of all the downtown offices and most of the Uptown offices. The American Airlines Center and all its amenities were quite close as well! The building itself had some great security guards and gated garages ensuring that it was quite safe. “The property is in a great location, just South of Highland Park and near Uptown. The layout and the rooms are nice. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean and worked well. My only complaint is that the person in the condo above walked around most of the night and woke us up repeatedly. Apparently, the floor is not very well insulated. On the positive note, Sara was very responsive, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was very nice. We'd stay there again!”
