“The facility was average and that's okay. Everything was clean and comfortable. A few deficiencies. Tissue box was empty. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles were all empty as well. Housekeeping needs to have some sort of followup. Staff seemed to be bothered by our presence. I got a a perfunctory welcome at check in. At breakfast the coffee urn was empty. Went to the front desk to get it filled and was told to use the urn in the lobby. It just had a half a cup. Eventually the……

“The staff was very welcoming and helped with all our questions. King rooms were very clean and larger than we expected. Now when we called to check on our resvations.. the call was answered by a call center that did not speak or understand English well. They said we had no reservations but could rebook at a discount that was a higher rate than what our reservation is. The would not connect use to the front desk. Stating she was the front desk. When asked for directions they did not know but……

“Good accommodations for the money. Room was very clean and comfy. Interior of the hotel is definitely better than the exterior. Breakfast was minimal, but not a huge deal for us. Located next to a Mexican restaurant and other good food choices. Would stay here again.”

“We visited this hotel on opening night, and (as seems fair) they were having a few issues. We were passing through again for vacation, and found the rooms to be dirty - greasy floors, crumbs in the chair, false eyelashes stuck to the floor, stains in the tub. We won't be back again.”
