“"Adequate" will be the term. Room 201 has had pet accidents. Room smelled of dog urine, stains and sticky carpet. “There were other guests fighting, banging on doors, screaming, threatening 2 doors down at 1 a.m. Quieted down after a while. But started up a short time later.
