The location was conveniently close to the railway station, while remaining outside the busiest part of the centre. The room was clean, albeit infested by mosquitoes. The separate bathroom was across a lobby, clean, and crammed. The included breakfast was a voucher for coffee and croissant at a corner bakery.

Central location, low-level service

Small hotel centrally in Florence. Just a few rooms with an unmanned reception. Quite nice location. The cleaning lady was there in the morning to also man the reception. I had to call beforehand to find out how to enter upon arrival. Due to nobody around I could only get an iron the day after. Breakfast served at a nearby and modern café. State of hotel fine and room spacious.

Overall, I really like this property. It’s like an apartment that you check in and have a nice day at. It was very clean and really was comfortable. The beds were nice also. Great service and stay

Leonardo and his mom were great hosts. The room was quite spacious, very good shower. There's a fridge and a kettle, tea bags and sugar were provided. Breakfast was served in the room. We had a nice time there. Location a bit far from touristy points, but convenient.

처음에 들어가는 비밀번호를 잘못알려줘서 한 30분정도 못들어가긴했지만 조식도 푸짐하고 가격대비 시설도 좋고 위치도 좋고 그래서 엄청 만족했습니다! 비밀번호 잘못알려주신것도 다 커버될만한 서비스였어요. 그리고 비밀번호는 바뀐지 얼마안돼서 잘못알려주셨던것 같아요!여기 엄청 추천드립니다

El cuarto no estaba limpio tienen chinches en las habitaciones, es urgente que fumiguen no pueden ofrecer hospedaje con condiciones tan pésimas de higiene, nada recomendable puedes contraer enfermedades por este animal y es necesario medicarse, esto sin mencionar los síntomas, que pena que esto suceda en su hospedaje, mi consejo es que NO SE HOSPEDEN AHÍ por mucho que tenga buena atención es inaceptable tener una plaga e ignorarla.

Excelente, la atención de Barbara(recepción) fue increíble, estuvimos en la habitación 2 matrimonial, es super amplia, bien calefaccionada con una vista hermosa, y la cama super super cómoda.
