Beds were comfortable and clean. Ice machines were nasty and floors were very sticky in the rooms and when we would wipe something off the floor the floor was absolutely disgusting.

Change sheets and blankets often to prevent stains. Everyone was very nice there. Pool is lovely but the inside smell a lil wet like. They are trying ti prevent the smell with air fresheners in the halls.

There was an odd smell in the room, but it wasn’t unbearable. I sprayed some of my body spray and it made it better. The parking wasn’t great. Need better options for handicap people. The girl at the front desk was super sweet!

The room was dirty. First thing we saw when we walked in the room was a TOE NAIL on the floor. The bathroom was gross. The entire facility smelt sour and musky.

It was okay

Place was dirty, was missing a blackout curtain in room 201 so the street lights shined into our room. Breakfast was okay not the best I have had. Bed was really comfortable just wish we didn't have lights shinning in our face all night. Ultimately it served its purpose we were in town for a concert we were in the room very little.

Friendly staff, my only issue was the loud noises I put up with from 9-11pm. Yelling, screaming, loud tv. Then about 10 pm a lot of noise started in rear parking lot.

Poor customer service and cleanliness

The staff getting us a room did not display hospitality. The room was $250/night which was way over priced for location, service, and quality. Cleanliness was not a goal, infact there was a used bar of soap in the shower

Our room door wouldn’t lock, bed sounded broken, bathroom door wouldn’t close without excessive force that had to be used to close it and tissue wrap around the sprinkler system in ceiling , won’t be going back!!!

Last minute stay.

The room was dirty. Found someone’s clothes under the desk. Hair was in the bathroom on the sink and floor. Exit door close to our room stayed unlocked all night long……Safety issue. The workers were very nice an bd friendly but the cleanliness was very bad.

The staff was wonderful helpful and friendly ... first night children jumped up and down and moved furniture for hours the staff moved us to another room perfect fix.... breakfast was lacking fresh bagels or bread and no meats there were hard boiled eggs and other guest made a terrible mess each morning staff cleaned up as fast as they could .... overall a nice experience ... note there were at least 10 feral cats and left over construction materials all around the property ... pool looked nice and clean but too cold to swim on our stay.... beds were comfee easy to use remote for tv plenty of clean towels shsmpoo and soap ... id stay again
