"The location is very good, safe and well secured. We were also accommodated with an early check-in and late check out. Very good service, breakfast and friendly staff. My family enjoyed the stay and will definitely coming back."

"Everything was exceptional the rooms were kind of outdated but clean we got upgraded but with 2 beds only wanted one bed in the room. The security made sure we were always ok thanks to Francis and Michael looking after us after a good bender at the bars cheers. "

The front desk staff were very helpful accommodating special requests and went beyond to help me. The lobby staff were very kind to letting me know when my transportation arrived avoiding me to wait outside of the hotel for the arrival of the ride share pickup. Awesome staff all around. Mr Darius particularly was an outstanding service representative that really went above and beyond."

Myself and my wife were only there for two nights, so we did not get to experience all that it has to offer, but what we did experience was excellent.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and we had a great view of the city.
The grand foyer made such a big impression on me that I could not help but to stop and record a video of it.
On top of this, out of the three top hotels we have stayed at in Makati, The Peninsula offered the best value for the price per night.
