"What a wonderful cabin and location! All listing descriptions are accurate. Lots of windows for natural light & breeze, easy access to the lake right in front of the cabin, plenty of dishes, pans, & utensils. Super easy for the dog and must keep on leash and with you at all times. Plenty of wildlife for dogs to keep dog’s interest. Rumors Bar & Grill is a good locals joint it’s a casual patio overlooking the lake. It’s also very close and their homemade pizza is excellent. This cabin is a “can’t miss”. "

"The check-in was easy; all the details were listed in the text sent to me by the hosts. Checkout was also easy, thanks to the provided checklist.The house is spacious. The dining room has a long table which fits an extended family, and there are at least three gathering spaces that adults and small children alike enjoyed. The deck, wrapping 2 sides of the house, has a lovely lake view, where I sipped coffee as I watched the sunrise. The kitchen, open to most of the gathering spaces, has almost everything you could want for a large family gathering, including two ovens and two coffee makers! There are lots of dishes, bowls, utensils, etc., though we didn't find a 9X13 pan.Palmer Park is a short walk away, and it has a large playground and new pickleball courts.The private beach is small but big enough for kids to have fun. We enjoyed kayaking and taking out our motor boat from the private dock.We would definitely stay here again!"

"Love this cabin! So close to the cities yet you feel like you're way up north. Love the kayaks, canoe, paddle board and especially the pontoon paddle boat. Fishing was amazing and the whole family had a great time.Thanks!"

"The home was amazing. Plenty of space for my family.. I loved the kitchen and the dining table to seat all of us for meals and playing games. Having two refrigerators to use was a plus.The two living spaces were nice, especially for kids to play in one area and adult to use it for playing video or watching tvI would suggest making sure you have enough eating utensils as there wasn’t enough forks.(Only had 8 )They did supply plenty of towels, but no washcloths.. I would recommend to update the gas grill. We didn’t use it because the bottom part was gone and rotted away. The kids had fun playing outside in the yard despite of being hot.I would recommend, especially for large groups as there’s plenty of living space. "
