Forster is located in the North Coast region of New South Wales. It is 308 kilometres (191 miles) from Sydney and accessible via regional bus and train, as well as by plane to nearby Taree Airport. Stay in ocean-fronting hotels and self-contained cabins or try camping by the main beach and in the national park.
