"My stay was okay. The property was very clean. I did worry a bit about the security. As a single woman traveling alone I found two things which stood out 1) the entrance to the property was very dark upon my arrival (I notified Richard that I would be arriving after midnight.). A lit porch light would have relieved some of my anxiety. 2). The bedroom window was unlocked and opened upon arrival. Other than that the stay was comfortable. The property was centrally located which was huge...

"I rented this place for me and a coworker for our work near by. The place was really clean when we first got there and the host was always quick to message me back whenever I sent him a message. The place is located near many stores and restuarants so it was really convenient. Overall, I really loved the place. "

"We liked the quiet, historic district where the duplex was situated, which had street parking. The bed was very comfortable, and the size of the rental was perfect for a couple. We would have liked a few more lights or at least for some of the fixtures to have their bulbs replaced because the rooms were a little dim for our tastes."

"This place is located near Churchill downs. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to Starbucks, Kroger, gas station, minutes from Kentucky Exp. Center. Air conditioning works great! Host has great communication and quick response."

"While I booked the reservation, upon arrival I walked in, saw the dark and filthy sights, smelled the rank air, and experienced one of the utmost, fraudulent ads for an accommodation ever in my experience with VRBO. In short, I simply could not stay in, what I would say, is a dangerous, unhealthy rental. Do yourself a favor…stay out! I called VRBO and pulled the plug. "

"Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again."

"This place had everything you could need or want. The decor was inviting and cozy. The bathrooms were all beautifully upgraded. The location was close to both mountains and yet was private. Highly reccomend!"

"Stayed 4 nites. We visited Bardstown - very trendy. Elizabethtown-fun. Downtown Louisville was great. The ice maker in frig broke so they need to leave icecube trays. No toaster. We did enjoy our stay. Everyone in Radcliff very friendly and helpful."

"My room and the staff were absolutely amazing. This is my second time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints. One thing that I didn’t realize is that you have to request housekeeping services if you are staying for several days. No fault of the hotels though. I just didn’t know. However, I will for sure to be back to my hometown and when I do, Derby City is where I’ll be staying!"

"We had a great experience at Greenfield Inn. It was a convenient location, they have their own parking lot which is a bonus. All the staff we interacted with were lovely. We found our stay to be comfortable and quiet. They have a great breakfast options. We will most definitely be staying here again when we find ourselves in the south again. "

"This location was wonderful! Highly recommend. The staff was friendly, the hotel (including room) was clean and the room was spacious. It made for the placement of a pack n play easy. This location also had unique luggage carts that were easier to maneuver than the standard ones. "
