Staff were great. Enjoyed the area around pool, not plain and boring like most indoor (even outdoor) pool areas. Enjoyed having a jetted whirlpool tub to relax in. Beds were nice, a little high to get in easily with kids, but comfortable. Great hotel with a family friendly price.

Yes. Sonya at the front desk was always helpful. The other lady I spoke was not very friendly. I'll come here again just because of Sonya's hospitality. She is great!
