Upon arrival at nearly midnight, we discovered that the main bathroom was uncleaned. "The rental is nicely furnished and the pictures accurately represent the property. The property manager was very responsive via text. They included many "extras" like nice shampoo, conditioner, face wipes, coffee, laundry detergent, etc. Wifi was strong & consistent (ran multiple Google Meets at the same time as other applications). This is a new rental and there were a couple kinks to work out as expected, but nothing major. I would suggest the owner add an oscillating fan for the bedroom to...

"We enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Location was great. We saw a concert next door at the Palace Theater. It took us a day to figure out that you had to wake up the door code box by hitting the pound key and then entering the code starting with another pound key. we recommend this VRBO."
