“Our stay was a mix of positives and disappointments. Unfortunately, our experience started off on the wrong foot at check-in. The team member who assisted us overlooked the prepaid breakfasts included with our booking, which made the check-in process confusing and left a disappointing first impression. Breakfast itself was average. Our pancakes were served without syrup, and although we requested it, it took over 45 minutes—and an additional call to the front desk/kitchen—before it arrived. By……
