Small but cozy studio condo (Walking steps from beach) located on the intracoastal at Fort Lauderdale North Beach Village (Central Beach). Enjoy a beautiful sunset every evening from our lovely backyard with intracoastal views. One walking block to central beach in Fort Lauderdale and walking distance water taxi, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, entertainment. Great location to relax and unwind on the Fort Lauderdale intracoastal.

The space
Please keep in mind that this is an older unit with older kitchen counters, floor tiles and walls, that is why the price is so cheap for the area. it is still very cozy, clean and has everything you need.

The condo is equipped with everything you need whether on vacation or a business trip. This 400 sqft condo has a full kitchen, walk-in closet for your belongings, full bathroom with tub.

The living space has a daybed that converts from a twin size bed to a king size. Cute L-sofa that seats two comfortably. The office nook has a work desk with chair for business travelers and the unit is equipped with high speed internet for streaming, browsing and emails.

50 Inch smart TV with streaming networks only. No cable. Must use your own sign-in for Netflix, Prime, Hulu etc.

The kitchen is equipped with cooking supplies, silverware, stainless steel stove top/oven, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator, Keurig (k-cup) coffee maker, toaster, and air fryer.

The condo complex has a swimming pool, picnic area for dining, sundeck for tanning and fishing dock so bring you fishing rods. The backyard also has a covered bike rack on premises if you come with a bike.

You will have 1 assigned parking space for your vehicle.

Clean after yourself after using the shared spaces like backyard, sundeck, pool, canopy area. No pets allowed.

No parties and no extra guest. This is a quiet community. Owner lives next door. Limit noise after 10pm. Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
