The hotel is in a great location. However, nothing special about the hotel itself. There is no microwave nor refrigerator. Also the check-in process is not quick and efficient. Staff member seemed confused at times.

I loved the text check in and out process. The code and apartment number were sent to me (early!) and I was able to text to check out. The building is amazing and in a great location and the coffee shop downstairs is really cute and has great food and coffee. We walked around the market on Sunday and also walked to Trader Joe’s, a bakery, a fabulous bbq spot (blue oak) and Dave and busters. We parked in the parking deck and scanned the QR code and it was free. Would be a great location for a concert at the amphitheater. We will definitely be back.

Good property to stay at if you don't want to spend a lot, decent rates for the area. Continental breakfast which included a waffle maker was nice, the cereal was fresh! Bagels and mini muffins available. A computer is also available for business needs. Linens and the room were clean, but walking around in the room in my white socks left dirt stains on my socks, so I suppose the floors could use a good scrubbing. Only two complaints were the bedframe which was metal and squeaked loudly with any slight movement (I hope you don't toss and turn in your sleep), and the other thing was the noise outside. All rooms have exterior door access. While you won't really hear any noise from other rooms, you will hear every little thing going on outside your door as though it was in your room-footsteps, car doors, people's conversations, which will wake you up. I suppose not much one can do about it, the AC in the room drowns out most of the noise and I did sleep fairly well with it on.
