Up the stairs, the second level opens up to a vast open concept living space with two full couches, and 3 chairs in the living room for extra seating. The sitting area has 2 additional chairs and a bistro table. The living room offers a flat screen tv with sound bar. The full guest bathroom is conveniently adjacent to the living room and this remodel offers a brand new tub with gorgeous tile surround and a new quartz vanity top. The open concept gourmet kitchen features an abundance of counter space with brand new bright quartz counter tops and an elevated bar height counter that wraps around the extended kitchen island.
