Several days before the scheduled stay the property owner informed me that there was a problem with the hot water heater that could not be corrected before my stay. She offered me a full refund. I'm waiting for this to be resolved. I have no idea what the property is like because I have not seen it. I do expect a full refund.

I felt scammed! I booked the Room, two days before my trip I get an email telling me the electric water heater is out and I can’t go to this rental situation? They haven’t been easy to communicate with?

Very small but good for an overnight only. Parking is not really big enough for our Dodge 3500, had to back out of the drive. But cute little place.

Everything went fine for my short visit to see the eclipse in Kerrville. Property is relatively close to everything but you get a little country solitude with deers wandering around close by.

Quiet and comfortable
Ingenious use of a shipping container. Perfect for the two of us to visit family in Kerrville. Quiet, clean, and comfortable place to rest. Just far enough away from the bustle of the town. Hosts are friendly, very easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Perfect Spot!
My wife and I had an amazing stay. We enjoyed the quiet and solitude but also how close it was to great restaurants and Arcadia Live. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Not a destination; decent for stopover
Made for a good night's sleep, but too small/fragile for destination stay. Broken fire pit & chairs, wobbly toilet. Also, last guest's coffee pod still in coffeemaker. Overall a nice stop for a rest.
