فندق قريب من المسجد جداً، ومشرف المدخل Mr. Nizam Al-Din إنسان عظيم وصاحب خبرة في التعامل. إذا طلبت منه شيئاً يوفره في أقرب وقت، ودائماً ما شاء الله اللهم بارك يسأل إن كان هناك أي تقصير من الفندق. ما شاء الله حكيم في خبرته وتعاملاته. أنا ضيف بريطاني والحمد لله مثقف ومتعلم وأفهم في الأشياء، وأقول للفندق: طالما هذا المشرف موجود إن شاء الله فندقكم سيكون من أفضل الفنادق في حي النسيم. هذا الكلام ليس مجاملة بل هو قليل في حقه. أما بالنسبة للاستقبال صراحة ما ارتحت لهم كثير، ولم أشعر بذاك الترحيب المتوقع من الفندق. أتمنى تحسين التعامل والترحيب بالضيوف مستقبلاً. جزاكم الله عنا خير الجزاء، وكل عام وأنتم بخير وعساكم من عواده. 🇬🇧🇸🇦💚❤️ السعودية دائماً عز وفخر🇸🇦 The hotel is very close to the mosque and the location is excellent. I would especially like to thank the entrance supervisor, Mr. Nizam Al-Din. He is very professional and experienced in dealing with guests. Whenever I asked for something, he provided it quickly and always checked if everything was fine. I am a British guest and I appreciate good service. As long as Mr. Nizam Al-Din is working here, I believe this hotel will remain one of the best in the Al Naseem area. He truly deserves appreciation. As for the reception, to be honest, I did not feel very comfortable with the welcome. I hope the reception service can improve in welcoming guests in the future. Comfortable stay for a family. The staff is very friendly. The room is very clean and spacious. The hotel is close to the airport, we were able to rest well after our long flight.
