Evening time staffing was sparse. We waited quite a while to be checked in. Otherwise, staff was kind.
Overall, hotel was clean. Carpets for sure need better vacuuming in rooms and our room smelled strong of stale smoke and Lysol(to cover the smoke). We had to turn fan on to air out the smell. That was disappointing. Bedding and bathroom were very clean. Mattresses and bed frames are old and could use updating.
Breakfast area was nice. Pretty standard food options, but plenty of options. Pool area appeared nice and clean. We did not have time to use it.
Parking lot is very well lit and hotel was quiet for sleeping.
Not a 5 star place, but definitely not bad for the dollars spent.
