"This is about check-in staff - for constructive criticism. We stood at front desk & staff was on phone assisting someone & was unable to find what the person was looking for. Never made eye contact with us or gesture she would be a moment. They told person on phone let me connect you to our 1-800 and instead of doing that kept talking again, not acknowledging us. We waited about 10-15 minutes which wasn't a problem, it would have been nice to put call on hold or say to us she would be a minute. We understand being busy. She was very pleasant once she completed the call & helped us."

"Very well-run hotel. It’s inexpensive, so don’t expect the Ritz. The rooms are nicely decorated with quartz countertops in the bathroom. You’ll get a very clean room, friendly and efficient service, good beds, and an easy breakfast in the morning. We came down to see a concert at Winstar. This hotel is perfect for that. We will definitely stay here again. "
