Liked the pleasing grounds for walking with ducks

Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half of our stay.

Hotel Soma was perfect for our one night stay in Ft. Worth in June. The instructions were sent to us before our check in time & we had no problem getting inside. Once inside, we were welcomed with the cold air from a great A/C and relaxing music on the tvs. The kitchenette had everything you could need, even for a longer stay...plates/silverware/glasses. With a full size refrigerator/freezer we were able to chill some wine & reheat some food in the morning. They have a Nespresso machine & even supplied the pods so we had a great cup of coffee in the morning. There was a storm that came through overnight & our casita felt very sturdy & safe. It was a great use of space & there was plenty of room for the 2 of us to get ready at the same time. They even had a map of the area with all the fun places in the area were marked on the map & there was an umbrella for us to use which came in handy. The bedroom is upstairs & the bathroom is downstairs, so if that is an issue, this might not be the place for you. We didn't mind at all because there was a large full length mirror upstairs so it made it easy for one person to get ready up there & with all the natural light it was great for putting on makeup up there. I would highly recommend the Hotel Soma!
