“This was the second time my family has stayed here. We thoroughly enjoyed it again. It’s a charming old but well maintained farmhouse with a comfortable wrap-around porch in a quiet, remote location. The main street of the small town of Sparta is about 15 minutes away. Highly recommend”

“This is a great place tucked into rural NC. We stayed on a clear, pleasant night in September and the stars were amazing! The host made arrangements for an odd the check in time for out party. We really enjoyed the fact that it was built in the 1890s and but had been updated for some modern conveniences. ”

“There was a reservation glitch & we were moved to a similar location, which turned out alright. The owner was on site and very apologetic, even offering us an extra night (which we were unable to stay for). It's a very nice setting and our stay was comfortable. We would consider staying there again & maybe bringing another couple along to stay in the sister space.”
