"We had a great stay! The room was just as the photos. There were towels, tea, a hairdryer, and a kettle. At the entrance, there were recommendations for bars, restaurants, and activities. The location is also great! What could have been better was communication prior to arrival. I had to fill out a long form to receive check-in instructions, and I also had issues with the instructions. Contact via WhatsApp was helpful and quick in resolving the issues."

The steps to the apartment are steep, as people have mentioned, the bigger issue is that they’re uneven, so you suddenly meet a step that’s a lot deeper than the others, it’s not too bad going up, but be careful going down. "Only stayed here for one night, but can say without any hesitation that this is a superb hotel. Clean, stylishly appointed rooms, with a cosy layout, but more than sufficient space. Staff were helpful and the hotel is extremely conveniently located just down from Dampoort train station and about a 15 min walk from the main town square. Highly recommended and will definitely be happy to return some day."

"What I liked about this hotel was the central location and friendly staff. What I didn’t like was the design of the rooms and some noise. Who puts tinted mirrors in a hotel room? Oh so cool, and yet, the lighting and mirror situation were so bad you simply had to guess (or use your own mirror) if applying makeup. The sink and mirror were outside the bathroom which was odd but manageable. Noise from the bar one of the nights was also a problem."

"Hotel is right in the centre of Ghent so a perfect location for seeing the sights. Check in was quick and easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and had everything I needed for a couple of nights stay. Nice shampoo and conditioner along with a ‘proper’ hairdryer. There was an iron and ironing board, coffee machine and kettle and a small minibar fridge. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had a lovely shower. I didn’t use the restaurant, bar or gym while I was there but the bar did look nice. A really nice hotel in a great location."
