THE BEST WAY TO HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN G’BURG: STAY IN DOWNTOWN G’BURG!

If you have ever been to Gatlinburg, you know that traffic and parking are ALWAYS a problem! Don’t waste your day driving 1-2 mph thru the town, or waste your money on parking. This newly updated, clean, cozy 1200 ft² condo is located on the 4th floor in Building B at Summit Manor Condominiums. This unit is situated at the far end of the breezeway, away from the elevator for added privacy. Everyone can appreciate this small detail, especially the ones looking for tranquility, and also for the neighboring guests when the kids are just too excited to sleep! When you arrive, you’ll park your car in our free private parking area, just steps from the elevator, the pool and the hot tub. Being on the fourth floor provides amazing views of G’burg any time of the year! This is a statement from one of our previous guest which says it all: "This condo is so convenient to the downtown activities and convention center. Even though it is just a few feet from the strip, it felt like it was miles away. Being on the far end of the complex, made us feel like we were in the mountains. It was extra clean and had all the comforts of home. We were there for a conference at the convention center, but the stay made us feel like we were on vacation!!"

Sitting in your vehicle, searching frantically for somewhere to park, watching other visitors out-pace you as they walk leisurely thru downtown, (and wishing you’d taken this advice) is not how you envisioned your trip! Once you park and unload your vehicle, you can enjoy the rest of your stay in downtown G’burg without even starting your car’s engine! Stay with us and you simply will NOT need your vehicle your entire stay! When you’re ready to eat, shop, visit the many attractions, take a ride on the Tram to Ober Mountain, or maybe enjoy a ride on the Gatlinburg Trolley You simply cannot be in a better location to enjoy all that Gatlinburg has to offer!! Some of the most famous restaurants in town, like Cherokee Grill, The Peddler Steakhouse, The Taco Trail, Mountain Brewery, Howard's, Crockett's Breakfast Camp, Calhoun's, and others, are so close that you can literally smell the food!

If you’re visiting G’burg on business, The Gatlinburg Convention Center is literally just a stone's throw from the front door. If it’s vacation-only for your group, there’s no shortage of entertainment in this town...and most of it is just a short walk away! All the main attractions, such as snow skiing, putt-putt, Ober Mountain, the different Ripley's attractions, SkyLift Park & SkyBridge (Longest pedestrian cable bridge in NA), Anakeesta, Zip Lines and the Aquarium are all within walking distance. If you're like us and love being in the outdoors, there are plenty of trails to hike, and plenty of trout to catch (stocked weekly) from the local streams.

About the Condo:

Our cozy condo has everything you need to feel like home. The kitchen has everything you need, including beautiful cherry cabinets with granite countertops and modern appliances. You can grab a quick snack sitting at the kitchen bar, or sit down at the table to enjoy your best cooking (or take-out) - but sorry, the butler is not included! The Family Room is a great place to relax and enjoy the 55” flat screen, while toasting your toes in front of the stone fireplace. If you’d rather be outside with friends & family, either the 8’x16’ balcony that connects to the Family Room, or the 8'x10' private balcony - accessed only from the MBR - are excellent places to watch the sun slide behind the mountains.

When it’s time to re-charge your batteries, this condo has two bedrooms, two full baths and will comfortably sleep six guests. The MBR has a king bed, a jacuzzi tub, 55” flat screen TV, a ceramic tile shower, a double vanity (so the guys can bring all of their hair products too), and its own private balcony area. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds with a 32” flat screen TV that is great for the kids or the in-laws. If work is calling, high-speed WiFi and a desk is provided so you may mix a little work with a lot of fun. The condo also has a dishwasher and a washer & dryer to wash the food and fudge off HIS shirt!

Great location and size

Stayed here for a few days with my family to visit Gatlinburg. Condo was perfect size for my family of 4. The location was ideal and parking was easy. Fast internet and recent upgrades made it terrific. Great views of surrounding mountains.

Great Spring Break trip!

My two teenage boys and I recently stayed in Gatlinburg and had a great time at the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here. We loved being able to walk all over town and explore shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time! Easy walk to all the fun shops and attractions downtown. The elevator and luggage carts were so helpful for moving in/out. We hope to get back to Gatlinburg and will definitely look for this property again!

Wonderful condo in the ideal spot

We had a wonderful stay at the Roberson’s condo. It was beautiful and very updated. The view from the balcony was perfect for the fall season. It was easy to walk to stores and restaurants, so we didn’t have to fight for parking (a big bonus). I highly recommend this property! We loved it!

Perfect in every way!

Upon arrival to this beautiful Condo, we found it spotless and it smelled clean and fresh (just as other reviewers had stated). The decorating and furnishings were lovely and comfortable. The owner is really nice and responds immediately if you have a question. This location is walking distance to all the best restaurants and very close to the entrance of the National Park. Don’t hesitate booking this Condo, we had the best time staying here and we plan on coming back and staying here again. As an extra bonus, we saw bears every day!

GREAT CONDO!

Highly recommend this beautiful condo!! Very clean, new and modern, beautifully decorated. Very spacious and quiet! We loved the 2 balconies on the 4th floor with mountain views. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect location, within walking distance to anything in Gatlinburg. Only complaint was there was only one set of towels for everyone, no extras. Laundry detergent was provided however, so we washed a load while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!!

Quiet and comfortable

Cozy and comfortable. Everything was great with the condo. We would have liked better instructions on where to find the elevator that goes to street level. If anyone has this problem, it is in the middle building with the red roof. Walk around behind the pool and follow the ramp around to other side. Down to ground level, or go to the road beside the Howards restaurant, to parking garage on the left to highest floor. Hope this helps anyone else.

Great Condo, Great Experience

The condo was sold, but the new owner, Warren, kept all the old reservations. Warren made it as simple as VRBO allowed, to switch to his new account. We love Summit Manor and have stayed here many times, as Warren and his family have. Warren's rules are very reasonable, compared to another owner at the Summit Manor. The previous owner put in new beds, which were great. Warren added a lot of little, welcoming items, like snacks and toothbrush package. Warren is a great communicator and actually asked us to let him know of any thing we thought should be fixed. I believe Warren will be a great Summit Manor Owner, who tells you the house rules before you rent and is a very reasonable person to rent from. We definitely plan on staying with Warren in the future.

Beautiful well kept place. The owner is responsive and informative. The only downfall was that you had to walk up the hill everytime you ventured to the strip. There is an elevator next door but out of order. Had a great visit!

Very nice condo in downtown Gatlinburg

The property was clean and comfy. Presented as listed. Easy check in and the Jacuzzi tub, pool, and hot tub were nice additions. King bed was a little stiff for my wife and I. View from the patios was nice. Location was exceptional.Only complaint I have, and this is more of completing across the platform, is check out procedures. If I'm paying for a cleaning crew, I didn't feel I should have to do much of anything at check out. That's just me.

Guys trip

Fifth stay at Summit manor. The location is excellent, just off the Parkway. Always a great experience! Condo was very clean and furnishings were top shelf. Property owners were very easy to communicate with. The elevator to street level being out of service would have been a major problem for individuals with mobility issues.
