The Keystone is located in a residential neighborhood in a beautifully restored and furnished home. We arrived a little late, but Kerry greeted us with a friendly smile (and fresh cookies). She gave us a rundown of the Inn and took us to our room. The room we stayed in (Meade) was spacious and beautifully furnished, and both it and the bathroom were clean and well-maintained. We drove in to town (not too far) to find some late-night takeout food, and came back for a quiet and relaxing night's sleep. The home-cooked breakfast was delicious and fueled our day-long tour of the war sites. Be aware that parking is around the back and you might need to roll or carry your bags across the yard and possibly up some stairs. Highly recommended for the lovely environment and the gracious hosting. When we arrived, during a snowstorm, the grounds were already cleared and safe. Every mid afternoon we were treated to a baked good. There was an issue with the AC unit in our room and she took care of the problem right away.The place was beautiful. Annette is a wonderful cook and hostess. Both made our first experience at a bed and breakfast most enjoyable.
