“Ashlie's apartment was great for a family of 4. We visited in late July with daytime temps in the high 80s, but the A/C unit in the living room kept the whole apartment cool, provided that we kept bedroom doors open at night. This location is walkable to a lot of stuff, but most importantly a coffee/breakfast sandwich place across the street and a coffee/doughnut place next door. Ashlie offers a parking spot, but we did not need it because you can walk almost everywhere from this location. ……

“Great Location in between the space needle and Pikes Place Market. Easy walk or scooter ride to touristy areas. Beware of street noise on weekends especially if you have to sleep with the windows open. Parking spot was very useful especially if renting a car to drive outside of Seattle and explore. Overall, was very clean and well equipped for anyone’s stay in Seattle. ”

“Everything about the stay was amazing. The location was perfect, the view from the roof was wonderful. Once we had a car that actually fit in the garage it was so nice to not have to worry about parking. Overall we had a wonderful stay. ”

“The condo is cute, and there have been upgrades. However, check in was confusing through Verbo. Once we finally got into the Condo, we discovered that there were no towels or wash cloths in the bathroom, it took 3 hours, of multiple messages to finally get them delivered by the housekeeper, who just left them outside the door without letting us know. On top of that, the gas stove only had two working burners. I was informed it was a "new stove," but they had done some remodel the week before and……

“The property was exactly as described, clean, modern, in a safe and convenient area with wonderful views of the Sound. The street noise is quite loud, so it is near impossible to open the windows - day or night. The bedroom shades are also quite sheer, so it is quite light especially in the mornings. I would recommend a good light blocking sleep mask and good ear plugs if you want a full sleep. Everything else about the property was excellent, so these are not too annoying if you arrive……
