“Property grew on us. When we arrived at 1:30 we were told we could check in early for $20 or wait another hour and a half. Out of principle, I opted to wait because clearly the room was ready, it was just a money grab. I don’t blame the workers bc I’m sure they are just following procedure. The rooms are clean, we used the kitchen to cook every morning, we used the grill on the roof next door, and really enjoyed the accessibility to the ferry. “It’s a two-story building, and I ended up staying on the lower level. Unfortunately, it smelled strongly like an old basement. Also, while sitting at the table, you can tell you were on a slanted floor. I wasn’t sure if I was losing my mind so I set a pencil on the floor and it rolled down exactly like I suspected. They did a nice job with the renovations, but I couldn’t get past the smell. Parking is also extremely limited. I had to park on the street, and depending on availability, you may end……
