“The neighborhood was a bit concerning at first and I didn't know if we would find the right place. However, the host gave detailed instructions on finding the house which I am grateful for. It was smaller than I anticipated but it was clean and quiet. It is the downstairs basement area of a house, so be aware you will have upstairs neighbors. I wouldn't recommend it for people who are over 6 feet tall, there's a low ceiling. Other than that, it was fine for a one night stay and located not……

“I would highly recommend this place! It was very clean and the owner was very accommodating to our needs and her response time to answer questions was excellent. One of the very nice benefits to staying here was the nice little amenities that we there. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent for the washer, coffee/tea bar and even a few items were left from prior renters (butter, ketchup, spices and oil). “My sweetheart and I take turns doing surprise get aways for each other. It was her turn to do one. Imagine my surprise when she pulled up dockside to a group of boats. I was completely puzzled. Then she informed me that we would be staying on one. We boarded the Lila F. and were astonished at how beautiful the boat is. “What a great place! Kitchen was very handy to have and we felt like we were at home in this unit. The unit was spotless and bed was comfy. Bathroom was big and the location was primo for the arena.
