"Great Location close to Namba station, clean room, professional and very helpful staff, 24 hour front desk support, bathrooms have great water pressure and water temperature control. TV screen has a home page with a lot of useful information. Spa and great view from the 40th floor pool deck. When I come back to Osaka I plan to stay here again. "

"I stayed in a quad room. It was clean and there was ample space for 4. There were 2 wash basins and separate bath and toilet, so it was convenient. Room looks new and refurbished."

Not only is it conveniently located in front of the park, but the rooms are huge, their staff are always courteous, kind and welcoming, & there’s drinking water and laundry on the floor. There are many eating options steps away, as well as convenience stores, coffee houses and Shake Shack right outside. Cost was very affordable!!"

"A great place to stay for families with kids of all ages, especially if visiting USJ next door for multiple days. The nearest train station is right across the road and the ferry to Tembokan Ferris Wheel and Osaka Aquarium area leaves from directly in front of the hotel, as well as another tour. Breakfast was always fresh and plentiful, staff absolutely lovely and everything in our room was clean and comfortable. Amenities are excellent also, eco friendly where possible. A great stay in Osaka! "

"The room was great! It’s literally one subway stop from Universal Studios! We stayed two nights here and I wish we could have similar accommodations in Tokyo where we are staying for 8 days! The best thing about this hotel is that it’s clean, it has two separate rooms with comfortable beds . We had two rooms within the suite and we had a full kitchen , table with chairs to sit at and chat while sipping on tea or eating. We also had a washing machine and a full kitchen! Great balcony to see views of Osaka! As a family of 4 travelling with a 15 year old teenage son and adult daughter we all had room. Beds were about the size of a queen size bed and we had closets and storage for clothing! I would have liked to try the onset BUT I have a bird tattoo on my shoulder and that’s a big no no . Would recommend and would stay here again for sure! Please note that when you check in to this hotel you do so through a computer in the lobby. I really did not see or feel any negatives with this place. It was perfect!"
