Quiet Beach Neighborhood
A wonderful home on the ocean. Perfect for family gatherings and just relaxing in clean, ocean air. Jet boats up the Rogue River are always fun.

Mostly Good Things to Say
This is a beautiful property with all the amenities. I would definitely stay there again - beds are comfy, community is quiet and well kept, even the local pizza is great. My one bit of advice would be to focus more on the windows and glass that face the ocean - after all that’s ultimately why we stay at an ocean-front property. I realize the Pacific Ocean can be harsh but I spent nearly an hour washing the glass panels around the deck so my family could see the ocean.

GREAT PLACE
WE CAME HERE TO TAKE A FISHING EXCURSION WITH FIVE STAR CHARTERS WITH THREE OF OUR BOYS, DAUGHTER IN LAW AND GRANDDAUGHTER./ EVERYTHING WAS MORE THAN WE EXPECTED. GREAT LOCATION. WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN.

Beautiful beach house
We loved the location of this property, beautiful beach, close to gorgeous rock formations and really amazing tide pools. Very friendly locals. The house is great! Hot tub was amazing after long days of beach combing. Only two things I would change. The bed in the master bedroom is memory foam and not comfortable at all, we slept sideways on it and it helped some. The other is I would put in a bigger water heater, we are a family of 4 and a bigger tank would have been great. One small thing I just wanted to make the home owner aware of is that someone has had a dog in the property and it has been marking, there are spots along the baseboards in the master bedroom and on the doors. You have a beautiful home and if I were the owner I’d want to know. Thank you for sharing your amazing property! If you ever want to sell let us know. 😊

Fantastic location!
The view of the ocean from the house is wonderful and we really enjoyed that every day. Unfortunately the winter weather was not very conducive for getting out much. Very windy. Great beach access to beautiful rocky/sandy beach, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, nice size fridge. Overall a great stay!

Near perfection...
The house suited our needs perfectly by having 3 bedrooms with 3 attached bathrooms. This beach front home was located in a good safe area with easy access to the beach. The check-in process was a breeze and the owners provided great instructions/rules for the property. The home was extremely clean and well equipped. However, I will mention that there were a couple of minor issues in the kitchen... the cutting board had onion remnants on it. I'm assuming from the previous renter. And one of the oven mitts had a fairly decent amount of food matter on it. We felt these items should have been checked by housekeeping but are by no means a reason to give a less than 5-star overall rating. We would definitely rent this home again!

Gold Beach Family Reunion
What a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed the balcony and gas fire pit. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was just as listed and working. Great location for hiking and beach combing.

Perfect beach house
Property was exactly as described. Nice, clean and fully stocked. However, the best part was the location! Steps from the beach with a hot tub and fire-pit to enjoy the view. Great for families. Would definitely stay here again. We rent several VRBO’s a year and this was one of our favorites. The property manager, Bobbie was quick to respond and answer questions. However, the property management company Evolve, were slow in their response to emails. We were interested in paying for another night to add on to our stay since it appeared available. However, we never received a response from the management team? Not a huge deal but helpful to be aware of.

We had 8 people in our group. We headed to gold beach for a short ladies trip. Time to relax and catch up. This beach house was perfect.. super comfortable beds, big bathtubs, very clean, lots of space, glorious hot tub and ultimate beach views. I would 100% stay here again!

Great location!!
Property was clean and had everything we needed. It is in an awesome location that offered the security of a private street but was still close to town. It was so nice being able to watch the waves right from the balcony, or quickly get on the beach for a walk. We had a couple questions while we were there and the property manager and owner both helped us resolve them quickly. We highly recommend and will be looking into this spot for next year as well!

Amazing Beach Home!
My mom, sister, niece and I had the most amazing stay at this gorgeously situated beach home. Views from both decks were incredible, house was the perfect getaway for relaxation and pampering. Bobbie was wonderful-communicative and helpful. We can't wait to come back and visit again soon.

Great location, very clean property
Came to Gold Beach for fall salmon fishing. Been coming to GB for 20 years, spring and fall times (sometimes summer). Rented the home for 3 of us (father and 2 grown sons), but only 1 son could make it. Property is very clean, right on great part of the beach, within GB (on south end 101), great beds, etc. Great appliances. Everything good except I rented through VRBO, then I'm offloaded to another management called VACASA -- I don't understand this -- the customer doesn't know who to deal with when there are problems. Very high service charge $300+, and checkout stated they would appreciate us starting a load of laundry at check out. For $300+, all cleaning should be covered by the service cost. Hot tub did not work, and was an open insecure internet. Both my son and I needed to do official communications, and thus I had to configure a VPN which did not work 100% for business communications. Otherwise was a great home for 6 people great for beach vacations. One of my other pet peeves about renting homes, is that it would be helpful for managers or owners to produce a notebook that details the operation of the home -- hot tub, fireplace, TV/cable, etc. There were general instructions for this home, but we have been in homes where there was a detailed notebook and it makes for much easier operation of the home for those who nothing of the home when entering.
