"My two kids and I were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of this old houseboat. It required some stooping and climbing of steep steps, but the spectacular views, fresh ocean breeze, and proximity to fabulous bars, restaurants, and cultural landmarks was more than worth it. Any questions we had regarding the boat and its surroundings were quickly answered by our host, Erin."

"Loved this property. It was gorgeous and the room very spacious and well-appointed. Set in quiet residential setting. There was however absolutely no management present on the property the entire visit and when I tried to contact them through two different phone numbers about a late checkout there was no response. Then I received a text from a different phone number (the cleaner, I think) saying my key was not in the location it was supposed to be at checkout time. She was very kind and apologetic and said the owners were traveling. This was more like a shared airbnb experience than it was a hotel, which is fine, but they should call it what it is. I will probably try again as it’s close to where my daughter lives."

"We loved everything about this charming houseboat. The owners have done a really fantastic job setting it up in every way and I feel lucky to have stayed there for our one night in Providence. What a sweet and special and memorable way for my children to experience the Ocean State! Truly unique and lovely and wholeheartedly recommended. The ONLY thing I wish I had done differently was parking. The owner had recommended a parking garage over street parking (and I don’t know how far a walk that would have been) but the too-good-to-be-true parking on Bridge Street is exactly that and three hours short of good. The signs don’t say that parking is prohibited from 2am to 5am and you will be ticketed (47 I think?). I honestly just felt very lucky that my minivan wasn’t towed - which would have really been a terrible situation for a single parent with three kids in tow. So go! Stay here! You will love it. But definitely park in a parking garage and walk the extra block or two. "

"Great location and easy check in and check out. Nice to have off street parking here too. Didn't realize that this is a "garden level" apartment, but it worked out okay. Also, the bed in second bedroom may be more of a full than a queen."

"This property was full of charm with wide plank wood floors and comfy bedding. The breakfast was delicious and staff was kind and welcoming. Plenty of parking, which is needed, as you’re up by the highway."

"It was the perfect spot to get together with some friends for a chill but unique experience! It was very walkable and the views were beautiful. We spent most of our visit just hanging out on the boat playing cards and making memories! And there were three fun bars right on the marina which were great. The hosts were very communicative and helpful when needed. Would recommend! "

"We needed a central location and this checked our boxes. We could walk to attractions and downtown isn’t far either. It is a nice spot, cozy, and worked well for what we were needing. Also, it’s close to the hwy if you need to get around. "

"Unit was set up well at first view. It is on a street with lots of restaurants. The unit was quite comfortable. Unit was clean. Problems are:1. We did not have extra trash bags or towels for a 1 week stay.2. We are not told that the unit was right above a club which went on till 1 am on weekdays and 2 am on weekends. This should have been disclosed before we booked. If you planned on sleeping before midnight you were in for a rough time.Also WIFI kept going in and out."

"Second time here. Loved it. Clean and like a hotel efficiency but cozier. Great view from balcony. Quiet neighbors. Street noise tolerable although ear plugs would help light sleepers. East check in and out and great communication. Parking is a plus. Will be back. "

"Second time we’ve stayed at one of Jennifer’s properties and they never disappoint. Apartments are clean, spacious, well equipped, and in the perfect location for us. Balcony has great view and nicely furnished. Very easy to access and while we didn’t need to park this time, that’s a huge bonus in Providence! We did have upstairs neighbors for part of our stay but hardly noticed as tenants observe the noise rules. Jennifer is very good at communicating/answering questions before and during stay. This property is just a couple of blocks from our daughters place, and about a 10 min walk from downtown and college hill, so we will be back for sure!"
