"The room was clean and comfortable. Couldnt ask for more. The guy who greeted us at reception (i think Kasim) was really lovely, genuinely nice. The lady working with him was great. They made us feel really welcome, offered snacks/refeshments and even advised about local maintenance works thay shouldnt upset the peace at night. Really good "

"As a participant in the London Marathon I needed a room that was close to the DLR to enable me to get to Greenwich with as less stress involved as possible. The location of this hotel was perfect. It was also ideal to be able to have a relaxing evening before the big day including being able to cook my own food. The room was excellent with more than enough amenities, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this place."

"We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Waterloo. The staff was outstanding, and the concierge team—Tony and Michael—were especially amazing: incredibly helpful and full of great information! The front desk staff was equally fantastic. Breakfast was delicious, and the servers were kind and accommodating. One suggestion would be to introduce a little more variety at breakfast, as we stayed for 11 days and the offerings were mostly the same each morning. That said, everything was consistently well-prepared and tasty. The gym facilities were excellent, and we really enjoyed the sauna and pool as well. Park Plaza is also very kid-friendly, with a playroom and a mascot that greets the children each morning—such a thoughtful touch! The hotel is in a great location, about a 10-12 minute walk from the London Eye, with Big Ben and other attractions nearby. We traveled a long way to the UK, and staying at Park Plaza made the journey absolutely worth it. We had a truly wonderful time and were very sad to leave. We will definitely be back!"

"Fantastic situation overlooking Tower of London, staff couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. A real fun place to stay for young and old/, loved the cloud bar with balcony. Underground station right next door could not be more convenient, will definitely visit again."
