“First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy). Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!”

“Property was clean. We arrived at 3pm. Toom was lovely but AC broken in the room, in a corner room. Room was sat at 29°C when first arrived and only lowered to 25°C once we returned at 11pm. Reported to 3 separate people at desk, one told me someone one would come up, nobody did. Was then told it was the mains and it would be fixed while we were out. It wasn't. Came back down to be told it was just our floor, which next door were getting someone to help fix theirs. We didn't bother to……

“Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende zu viert im towerhill. Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen Nähe der Towerhill Station. Das Zimmer ist sauber die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück war für uns ausreichend, mit Müsli Obst, Joghurt, Eier, Speck Kaffee usw. Unser Zimmer lag etwas ungünstig, dort lief direkt die Bahn vorbei, aber es war für uns jetzt nicht so dramatisch, man fällt nach einen Tag London kaputt ins Bett. Am letzten Tag checkten wir aus und wir konnten unsere Koffer kostenlos noch vor……

“They are a little bit behind”

“Given that this is in Canary Wharf the Uber boat stop is about 20min away and the next metro about 15min. There was no grocery store around the corner and the non-smoking signs were a bit excessive. The complimentary coffee machine was usually out of service in the morning when you actually wanted the coffee. We arrived during the London marathon so we had to walk a bit till we reached the reception. It was noted in the elevator that the hotel could not be reached by car that day - as arriving……
