“Pros: This location is so good for walking to downtown Bentonville. The property felt safe and was very clean and decorated well. The neighborhood was quiet at night even though it was right next to all the action in downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Cons: I don't love when a home has a coffee maker but doesn't provide coffee. I stopped on the way and grabbed some coffee pods just in case and I'm glad I did because there were only hot chocolate pods available. It's a simple fix that...

“We recently took a quick trip to Bentonville AR to enjoy the trails. Key to a successful MTB trip is accommodations and the Local @ Coler didn't disappoint. The entire property was clean and well kept. Whether it was the bike was station of the storage room the place had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The property management team was also great to work with and easy to communicate with. We will absolutely be back to visit again.”

“Myself and two friends attended a 4 day bike rally in Rogers, AR. We selected this property because of location and 3 bedrooms. The condominium was true to the representation on VRBO. It was clean and all the necessities were readily available. The kitchen and bathrooms supplies were more than adequate. We have no complaints and would rate the experience as excellent. I would definitely stay here again.”
