“Clean, quaint, quiet! Just what we wanted!”

“This property was absolutely amazing! We agreed that this place had the best views on the island - it could not be beat. We watched the sunset and sunrise and were in awe of the beauty. The condo layout was perfect for our family - the beds were so comfortable! The host was super communicative and gave us great recommendations for our stay. Be sure to stop by Island Creamery - that was a hit for our family! We would stay at Sunset Bay again in a heartbeat and can’t wait to come back again soon. ...

“We were given an incorrect address. We were not told that the building is named Assateague Inn. We were not given an apartment number but we’re we’re given an accurate number sequence to open the lock box. We arrived at 4:10 PM and called every phone number be could find and left voice messages but no one answered. Finally about 5:30 or 6oclock a very helpful and courteous person answered the after hours phone number which was listed on literature inside the reception room at the Assateague Inn...

“Rental was just as shown on line. Very clean. Unfortunately couldn't stay the entire time due to health problems. Would rent again, only on 1st floor.”

“The condo was very nice and roomy. Overall everything was nice. However, I would recommend bringing your own pillows and linens. The ones provided were just not adequate. Also the screens on the sliding doors need replacing. Had to keep slider shut because bugs were able to get through where the screen separated from the frame.”

“Easy to find and access. The dock was enjoyable with wildlife. Tha accommodation was clean and spacious for 3 adults. Nice walking paths to food and fun and shops. Definitely plan to stay again.”

“We spent a week in this perfectly situated condo and wished we could have stayed longer. An easy walk to main st stores and restaurants and even the grocery store on Cleveland St. All three bedrooms had windows looking out on the water and the master had a sliding glass door out onto the balcony. The balcony was large enough for all 5 of us to comfortably sit and enjoy the sunset. The linens being included was a big plus for us too as we didn't have to bring our own or make up the beds. “Beautiful!”

“This was a last minute trip. Glad we chose Chincoteague and especially pleased with everything about these accommodations. I think May was a perfect time of year to explore everything about the islands of Chincoteague and Assateague without the mosquitoes. We did boat tour with our dog, hiking and walking the beach. We did some dinners out and made others at home. The kitchen is fabulous and everything was clean and tidy. Every evening ended with a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony....

“Great home base for a stay on Chincoteague! Immaculate and modern 3BR with easy access to the pool. We recently stayed with our kids and grandkids. King size master bedroom is on the opposite side from the other bedrooms which gave us a little privacy. Spa-like shower and beautiful water view. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and we appreciated the washer and dryer. My kids had so much fun crabbing and fishing off the docks. Amazing sunsets!
