The hotel needs an upgrade. While the hotel was practically empty.. I was put on the 3rd floor. The gentleman desk clerk the first night was excellent. Extremely helpful and addressed everyone with a smile. The second night. The woman desk clerk was rude.. never asked if I needed anything… my keys ...

Hot water never got above lukewarm, room had a chemical smell to it, and the beds were hard as the floor and were not queen size. They were full size.

This property was filthy. The home was new but the property had not been thoroughly cleaned. Bugs and webs at the entrance door and in the corners inside of the home. Refrigerator had not been cleaned No towels and the ones she brought had black oil on them. Mold on shower curtain in front bathroom. ...

The home is absolutely beautiful and in a quiet, well kept neighborhood. Close to several good restaurants, seafood markets, etc. The host was friendly and super attentive when we had anything come up. House is fully furnished and had everything we could possibly need. Highly recommend.
