The property is fairly new and there weren’t a lot of other guests so it was very quiet. Breakfast, as always, was really good and plentiful. Providing small “to go” bags is a wonderful extra, we were able to take a muffin and coffee/tea for the drive home which was appreciated The staff was extremely friendly and made our stay very pleasant Thanks for a nice stay/break!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food over in the restaurant in the Sheraton was very delicious. Basically across the street was Asia town with a whole bunch of Asian restaurants. It was lovely and if we’re back in Richmond Hill again, we will stay at that hotel.

It was in a great location. Lots of parking. Easy check in. Great hotel. We had a very eatly morning flight so didnt have a chance to check out the complimentsry breakfast so can comment on that. We only stayed 1 night for a concert but if i ever stay in Hamilton again I would definetly stay here.

This is a very nice hotel with lots of restaurants close by. The room was very nice and clean. However, small things like dirty elevator floors, loud traffic noise at night and very low pressure shower were things that took a star off for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
