House was immaculate and stocked with every essential we could have possibly needed. Our first night we noticed the grill wasn’t in good shape and we were apprehensive to use it. “The property did not indicate this was a top floor condo. I have mobility issues and this was a real problem. There were several hairs on the bed sheets. I contacted the manager and he never responded. Washed everything myself including the mattress pad which had flakey debris on it, because we couldn’t just leave and lose our . Plus all our heavy luggage was painstakingly brought upstairs at this point. After a 5 night stay we still never heard from the Manager. This is not acceptable. ...

“My husband, myself, 3 of my adult kids and 5 grandchildren under 7 stayed very comfortably. So many nice rooms. Although very updated had a very nostalgic feel. All of the living spaces were extra large and plenty of seating. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the yard was humongous. We were fortunate to get snow while we were there and the kids had never seen snow since we’re from Georgia. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you so much, Wayne. ”

“We stayed here as our base for a week of college tours. Boy, was this the perfect place to come home to each evening to reset. We actually never ate out for dinner, because we wanted to eat in the home and watch the sunset over the lake. Also, waking up to enjoy breakfast and coffee, while listening to the birds and watching the light change on the water was absolutely magical. “We were in NH for a high school graduation, and I chose Mike and Sue’s beautiful lake home because it checked all the boxes: a king sized bed, A/C in case of a heat wave, a big inviting kitchen, and those incredible views. Five people and more than enough space for all of us. “The house was just lovely! We each had a room with a bathroom and it was so nice. We loved being together in this comfortable, clean house. It was close enough to Keene to do grocery shopping and having breakfast there a couple of times. The owner was a gracious & generous hostess. Answered any questions quickly and clearly. We can’t thank her enough for allowing us to stay in her lovely home while we were there for a family reunion.”
