“We were in town for a baseball series at University of South Carolina. The location was great in the popular Five Points area. Walking distance to many restaurants. Condo was clean and comfortable and all the necessities. Joel was very responsive to questions and even offered a later check out time if needed. Would stay again! ”

“Cute townhome style condo in a great neighborhood close to everything. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was adequate and had just enough supplies to pull off a full Easter dinner for 8. The house was clean and well furnished for comfort. The bathrooms seemed recently remodeled. Attention needed on the oven, it had obviously not been cleaned and smoke/smell was overwhelming when it was preheated. Also, bathroom rugs could use a wash. “Very nice place and very nice neighborhood. We stayed for a Military Graduation. However you do have to keep in mind to stay quiet because the neighbors are very close to each other. Also it is a bit dusty. But other than that easy communication with host and nice experience. I recommend. ”

“This property is perfect for a quick trip to COLA! Access to the water and a little playground area in the backyard. Good size for 2 people max. They are pet friendly which was great because we needed to bring our pup with us. “The property was perfect!! My family stayed here because we were going to a graduation in Ft Jackson. The drive was super easy and only 25 minutes away from the base. The property location was also easy to visit other places and restaurants. My daughter had workouts to complete while we were here and there was plenty of room to get her runs in. We will definitely stay here again.”
