“Good”

“Help with checking in”

“Room had obviously been heavily used, with chipped shower, rusted shower amenities and loose fixtures. The sink water initially smelled wrong, but they did do something to address it. I had reserved a pullout bed, but there was no bedding in the room. The bedding on the main bed was stained and we had to change it.”

“After being woken up at 5am to a basketball and music from upstairs. I stayed in room 107 and i reported it to staff at 6am. Absolutely nothin was done which prompted me to leave my room after not being able to sleep due to the noise. You could hear the music all throughout the second floor and staff did nothing.”

“This was my first day at this hotel, and I am definitely pleased! Staff was very helpful. I really wish I could remember that woman who checked me in, her name because she was very welcome and friendly. The property was very clean and smelled nice. Which that alone, I was very grateful. My room was clean and a great size. The bathroom was clean. The only thing that I make just a voice about is that the drain in the shower backed up a little bit and I personally get a little weirded out by that.……

“The room was great. The front desk staff was polite and professional.”
