“Breakfast was amazing, staff displayed overall enthusiasm and hospitality!”

“What a nice place to stay! Just 20 minutes to the U of SC campus. Staff was very friendly and accommodating during our few day stay. The room was very clean, updated, and a decent size. They offer a continental breakfast with coffee, yogurts, oatmeal with toppings and a few hot items that change daily. They also have a little fitness center and outdoor pool. This was our 2nd visit and if in town again we will return.”

“Even after changing our room due to very loud children in the adjacent room we still had a very poor night of sleep. We were on the 1st floor and just simple foot traffic from the room above was very loud. Didn’t help that those guests entered their room @ 1:30 am. Very poor sound proofing. Then let’s top it off with running out of coffee at 8 o’clock in the morning out in the lobby. The b”

“The room was spacious but was showing a bit of wear. There was a pretzel on the floor when we got there so I'm not sure how well they cleaned. Some carpet damage and spots in the shower. The service left a lot to be desired. The tv tilted to the side because it was not attached well to the table. I called and front desk said maintenance would fix it but they never came. They said we would have cleaning service on Saturday but the never showed up. Breakfast was decent except the eggs. I……

“We arrived very late and the desk help was very helpful to get us to our room quickly. It was a nice sleep and the breakfast attendant was very helpful in the morning.”

“Hotel room air conditioning filter was disgusting. Cleaning people never left clean towels but took all old ones. Trash cans always over flowing in breakfast area and front desk. Water did not work on Sunday morning at 430 but came back on. Key cards never worked and had to keep getting them reprogrammed, elevator ok 4th floor down button did not work so had to go to higher floors then go bank down. . ”

“Staff are wonderful.. professional warm friendly and attentive. Breakfast quite good. Really enjoyed the farm fresh pasture raised yogurt. Room is spacious. The couch is a saving grace for our dog. Beautiful property. Kitchen is nicely stocked but no stove top. I got an induction burner from the front desk but it comes with only a very small frying pan. No pots to cook my vegetables. “Hotel is new and NOT ready to welcome guests. When we checked in, we were told ice and water machine broken. Both side doors broken. The biggest surprise is that there is ZERO kitchen supplies.. not even spoon and forks! We chose the hotel for the kitchen. It has a kitchen alright but not supplying anything for the kitchen? The staff admitted that many things have not worked because the management rushed to open. I immediately checked out. Was told I would get the refund, but it never came. ”

“I drove up for a birthday party and planned to book a king room for myself, but when my parents decided to come I was glad there were rooms with 2 queen beds still available instead. From the minute we walked in, we knew we chose a good place to stay. Shout out to Regina who was an absolute pleasure at the front desk! The hotel is very modern and clean. The beds were comfy and I did not hear any other guests through the wall as I fell asleep. I didn't try the continental breakfast but my dad……
