"We had a great experience overall. The property was only 5 minutes from where we launched and in a great location right by the London bridge and close to everything you’d need from restaurants to stores and gas stations. The condo was extremely comfortable, clean and tidy. It had everything we needed for our stay. It Unfortunately during our stay we had an issue with the toilet needing to be replaced suddenly (out of ours and their control) Eveline contacted us right away and got us into a unit within steps of the original condo. She went out of her way in what would be a very stressful situation with two small kids to make it as stress free as possible. We enjoyed our vacation in Havasu & recommend staying here ."

"The rooms were ok. The bathroom was not very clean when we checked into our room so I bought cleaning products and cleaned it. Other than that it was wonderful. I do feel that if you are staying there there should be easy convenient parking close to your rooms if you have a paper you are placing in your window. We left to get some groceries and those that spend the day there were lined up in the morning to park close to the water and we had to park so far with groceries. It’s good to know for next trip if thats where we decide to stay. I do like the fact there is a lot of security. We left to eat dinner bc the restaurant was very expensive and we waited over an hour at a table and never got our food. We ended up leaving. The resort it self was absolutely wonderful otherwise. The front staff was wonderful and very helpful. "

"Kinda a random spot along 40. We where a little un sure about this stay. but got there and we where very surprised great pool bar area rooms where huge and super clean. It’s right next to a rail track but you could hardly hear it. And it was kinda neat. Really cool spot we will be back. "
