“Wonderful spot for our fam of 6. Comfy beds, cozy fireplace, dark rooms for great sleep. Even the pull out couch bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything we needed to cook. Very walkable to slopes daily. Little Bit of a hike going up 3 flights of stairs but property offers wagons to help with trip From car to condo. Very prompt responses from manager. Would definitely stay here again.”

“It's 1.4 miles to the base where you can catch a free shuttle into town. You can walk the road but there is no shoulder and coming back up at night or with groceries is grueling even if you are in good shape and love to hike. Other units in the same building offer a free shuttle service or people have a car. They should make the fact that you need a car much more clear in the listing. The airport shuttle will drop you off here and pick you up here but after that you are on your own. Uber is $25……

“In a great area - close to restaurants and has a bus stop right next to parking lot to get to slopes. Hot tub was in good condition and easy to walk to. Yes its a bit dated but beds were pretty comfy and had everything we needed for a great weekend skiing. The only thing is that the digital checkout instructions are different than the physical printed ones on site, which is confusing. However communication with host was good and was able to figure out proper check out instructions quickly. Would……

“Murphy bed maximized use of space. Deck looked over the pool which was nice. Though a bit uphill, it was wonderful to be able to walk to the gondola. Unit has plenty of dishes and pans. We would stay here again.”

“Loved the open floor plan. After day on slopes that we could walk to we were able to come back cook and still be with the entire family. There was 9 of us and we were all able to watch movies every night together.. would 💯 recommend this place to anyone 😊”

“Amazing apartment, perfect for myself and my dog. Everything was as described and the management team were proactive and responsive. Walking distance to a lovely market and restaurants. Was not there for ski season but the location close to the mountain could not have been better. Short drive to downtown and trails. The fireplace heated up the entire place on chilly mornings and evenings. Did not want to leave. Highly recommend, we will be back”

“The condo was well appointed with all you would need to be comfortable. Even some basic kitchen supplies and coffee were available. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The hot tub and pool were heated. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.”

“Apartment is in the back of an architect's office on the main street. Small park right across the street to walk the dog. Very quiet at night. A modern, clean and very comfortable place to stay at less cost than a small hotel room in Steamboat. Too bad the local brewery was closed the days I was there, but it's early season in the Yampa Valley and it was great not to have crowds anywhere I went. Yampa River State Park is close by.”

“Good amenities, and probably used to be very nice. It’s still good, but this hotel could use a facelift and the addition of a bar/restaurant to become great. Free breakfast was advertised but actually not included.”

“bed was comfy. Kitchen was stocked with everything. Free coffee for pot. Newly remodeled and clean. Location is perfect. gym was in their other property but only 5 minute drive. No elevator so be prepared.”

“It takes 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo but once you are there it is a great place to stay for a skiing vacation. ”
