The front desk gentleman was very nice and friendly. The smoke free room assigned to us had issues. The chain to secure from inside was completely broken off and hanging by a screw. Home was just as beautiful as the pictures and very clean! Host was very good with communication and checked on us via text to make sure everything was as expected. So much room and beds were very comfortable. Will stay again!
