“We stayed here for our girls trip and we had the best time. The condo was very nice and clean. You need to download an app which you use to unlock all of the doors. This made us feel very safe and secure, especially since we are females in our early 20s. The location itself was great, however it was a little sketchy at night. It’s about a 20 minute walk downtown, so we just Ubered which was about a 6 minute drive. Overall, it was a great trip and we would definitely book again!! ”

“Great location in the Gulch, nice/quiet building, nice rental - would stay again. If you use Uber, use The Pub restaurant as your pickup and drop off location rather than the actual address to make things easier! ”

“Everything about our stay was great! The condo was perfect for us, two couples. Kim really does stock the condo with just about anything you need. The pool was lovely and helped make this feel like a vacation. Easy walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Plenty of places to eat around the condo as well (Jonathan's was a group favorite!) This is the only place I will stay anytime we come to Nashville.”

“Matte Black and impressive when you first walk in! My husband appreciated the feminine figure artwork! Modern and fully equipped kitchen with extras!. Extremely comfortable and clean. Two huge side by side showers with toiletries supplied. Also two sink vanity with lots of storage and plush towels. Bedrooms were on the small size and did not have a closet, dresser, wardrobe or even a luggage rack. There were hooks with hangers on the wall to hang a few items. “Great location easy to find very secure with coded elevator and door entry. Very clean and comfortable furnishings. Fantastic train watching location, elevated tracks are right above your windows within 50 feet or so. Trains run approximately two to three times per hour day and night on the the days we were there a Tuesday and Wednesday your train mileage may vary on other days. You can quickly get used to the deep rumbling sound of the trains unless a train has malfunctioning brakes screeching....

“We really love this property. It's big for 2 people and spacious. We really like the location and walking distance to the restaurants. The Gulch area is not overly busy or full of people. I noticed that it is catered to mature adults. The building is quiet and the condo is cozy. We really like having 2 bathrooms. The manager was quick to respond to our request. I highly recommend this property. I love the view from the 4th floor with the large windows.”

“We were all impressed with the loft and location. As we walked up to meet the property manager, we instantly felt the Nashville Printers Alley vibe with outdoor patio seating for loft guests(where we hung out several times). ”

“Perfect location. Having a deck was nice overlooking the river. Had coffee which is a plus. At first it smelled musty, i assume cause its by the river. But we loved it otherwise. ”

“Nice walking distance to Broadway and Printers alley. Condo is set up for decoration instead of comfort, (couch and chairs) although the beds were very comfortable. Host was very responsive, and had everything you need as far as coffee and amenities. I Would recommend this condo. ”
