"The front desk staff (Angie) was very friendly and helpful upon check- in. The “Happy Hour” was a nice touch! We were given 4 free drink tickets and an appetizer to use between 5-7pm. The dumpling soup was so good and the drinks too. Nice friendly and warm atmosphere too. The free breakfast buffet was very convenient and yummy too! Lots of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Nice beds and seating in room were comfortable and practical too. "

"The Motif is a beautiful spacious property and was perfect for our first time Nashville vacation. Couldn’t be more comfortable in our two bedroom balcony suite. Only drawback is housekeeping needs to be better. We stayed there 8 nights and housekeeping came only twice. The first time was a freshen up requested by us on the 3rd day. Replenished towels and emptied trash. Then came again 1-2 days later but again just towels, beds made, and trash. No vacuuming or kitchen cleaning. That means 8 nights with dirty floors. Other than this we enjoyed our stay and it felt like home. Thank you to all. "

"The hotel was awesome 👏 When we first got there we were greeted by very kind people. They helped carry our luggage to our room and was a breeze, absolutely ZERO hassle. It made me feel rich for once! They also packed my car for me in a very protected car garage. The room was very clean and sanitary and had a great view of the city! Then in the lobby it had a number of amenities like a food place, beer bar, TVs, lounge area, and games! The games were super fun for the whole family! There was arcade games such as The Simpsons and NBA and was a lot of fun. There was also foosball, and shuffle board! Then at the bar it was very kid friendly and had a basketball shooting game! The gym was also pretty good. It’s not the most advanced but it gets the job done ✅. It has plenty of free weights, a bench, and some machines. The breakfast was also very good! It was awesome and Nashville is the best!"
