This resort offers everything one would want in a beach front vacation. Renovated End Unit Coastal feel 2 bedroom 2 bath beach villa. This villa has an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The master features a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins that can be pushed together for a couple. Pull out Sofa in Living Room.

Villas offer access to beach, pools, tennis courts, restaurants, and workout center. You are only minutes to beach, largest freshwater pool on island, including childrens pool. Jamaica Joe'z Beach Bar. 3 Restaurants at the resort, wide beaches, 10 lighted tennis courts, and conference center. Resort ideal for a destination wedding or family reunion. This is a really nice place. The kitchen is nice and had plenty of storage for the snacks that we brought. The living room area is large with enough seating for the four of us. The bedrooms were nice too. I enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning and afternoon, though it is a bit tight with such a large table and large chairs on it. What a great tree just off the deck! My only complaint was having to change two lightbulbs immediately upon arrival (and having to move the king size bed to get to the plug). Otherwise, this was a great place to stay and we would easily stay in this unit again.

Great family vacation villa
Our family of 6 enjoyed our time here! It was the perfect size for all of us. The short walk to the beach was amazing with my little ones! The pool was a huge hit for my kids. It was so quiet and calm, which is what we needed for our family. The villa has everything you need for your stay besides a washer and dryer. Not being able to dry our towels was pretty inconvenient, but that was my fault for not checking ahead of time. There may also be some on the property, but we didn't check. There are a couple restaurants on the property as well, which is very convenient. I'd definitely recommend this property for others to enjoy a stay at Folly Beach!

Nice, clean and spacious property. Roughly a 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool and restaurants are also about a 5 minute walk. Plenty of parking. Just note, there is no elevator (or none that we could find). Family friendly, would highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. Close walk to the beach. Played pickle ball in the morning with others at the resort who were great people. Have stayed there before in the 1 bedrooms that are closer to the beach but the 2 bedrooms gave us alot more room. My only issue was that there seemed to be some kind of renovation work being done in the room above us late at night. I did talk to security and the front desk in the morning. It happened again on the night we were leaving also so we just got up early and left.

Great First Time to Hilton Head
Property was easy to find and just as described. The entire resort felt safe and the staff were really nice. Check in was a breeze and the owner/mgmt company was very communicative. This property is close to things like Coligny beach and Coligny shopping plaza. The Sea Pines area is a 10 minute drive or so away. Very easy to get around though. Also this is just a general note and not an indictment of the owners - I wish the resort had more sidewalks/paths for pedestrians. To get to the beach - we had to walk in the street or grass sometimes.

Great family getaway!
This is the perfect place for your family vacation! We had direct access to the pool and beach. The pool had a great bar/grill where we ate lunch almost everyday. Gator’s pizza was also on site and it was delicious for our first night in town. Overall it was a great area and would definitely recommend to other families with young kids.

Fun week in Hilton Head
Two couples stayed here last week. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We played pickleball, walked the beach and cycled the trails. It was hard getting in the unheated pool, but lovely to sit by it! Missed having a few items in our condo (kettle, baking sheet), but everything else we needed was there. They even had games, puzzles and chairs to use at the beach! Would definitely recommend this unit!

Great condo
Great condo! It was a convenient, quiet location! A quick trip to the beach, Coligny Square and Sea Pines. We rented bikes from the Bike Stand at the entrance and rode everywhere. We had everything we needed. The communication with the property manager was great, very responsive and friendly. My only suggestion is replacing the dishwasher, it’s a bit old but not a deal breaker though. Thank you for a relaxing getaway!
