“Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. ”

“We were in the area to see my daughter play college athletics. Love being this close to the Lake. Beach was amazing . Beach access just a few houses away.House was just as pictured. “Lovely place to stay! The host was very helpful in providing all of the details for the stay, the house was clean, and it has a very cozy feel to it. I'd recommend staying here if you're coming to Rochester. The only issue was that there was a guy yelling at us from his car for no reason, but that's not a problem regarding the homeowner, it's just the area. ”

“Great location. Close to RIT and family in Chili. Furniture was very comfortable and it was nice to have the space to spread out and have our dog with us. The radiant heat made it very comfortable in the chilly temps. Would definitely stay here again.”
