This spacious and comfortable coastal home gives you almost unheard of access to Topsail Island with a short 3 minute drive or take a breathtaking scenic 1-mile walk over the intercoastal bridge to downtown Surf City where you will enjoy a variety of live music, shops, restaurants, bars, and many other amazing venues Topsail Island provides.
The space
When you return home from your day of fun in the sun, relax with a glass of wine on one of our two beautiful balconies facing the Intracoastal waterway (one from the living room on the second floor and the other from the master bedroom on the first floor).
Guest access
Climb a set of stairs to the first floor where you’ll find two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, each with a private ensuite bathroom. On the second level you will find a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, additional bedroom with twin and trundle beds and a full bathroom.
Pets are welcome with a pet fee (2 pets maximum).
Other things to note
Please note that since the house is on stilts, there are two sets of stairs that need to be climbed to reach the kitchen/common area. If you have difficulty with stairs please consider this before renting.
Parking is limited to 2 cars maximum in the carport under the house (no street parking allowed).
