Lovely stay in Holmfirth

The Elephant and Castle was well located and easy to park. Our room which had a large queen size bed was lovely and had a good size bathroom with a bath. The free full english breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Holmfirth

Strange noise coming on when using water in room 1 , breakfast was great , position of pub was ideal and all staff were very accomadating , so i would stay there again

Lovely pub

Lovely recently refurbished twin room. Everything was new and beautifully decorated. Immaculate bathroom with a good size shower cubicle. The staff were great and it’s a really nice pub. Breakfast was well cooked. Would definitely stay there again if we come for another gig at the picturedrome.

Room for the night

Very nice stay. Room was small but everything you need for the night. Clean and nicely decorated. Steep stairs to access room so tricky for someone with mobility problems. Gluten free breakfast was a lovely surprise.

You have a designated parking spot for you -- you do not need to worry about you do not have any parking on that B&B place. Friendly and helpful staff members -- You have been told and showed how to find the best route when there is an emergency to get out of the hotel immediately with safe information

Whilst being a lovely local establishment, the bedroom was a little tired and in need of some upgrading. The carpet was worn and the en-suite bathroom needs a complete refurb at the very least. Other than that, the bar area is warm and comforting and the staff are polite and welcoming.
